Trespassing is strictly forbidden

When Woods Valley is closed, access to the property is prohibited. If you are on the property without permission, we will call the police.

Cancellation/Rescheduling policy

As a courtesy, guests can reschedule for a fee. For tickets, a rescheduling fee of $10 will be charged. For lessons, please visit the lessons page for rescheduling information. No refunds will be issued.

Smoking

We have a smoking area outside behind the lodge by the fireplace chimney. Please limit smoking to this area only.

Season Passes and Tickets

are not transferable. Your pass or ticket are for your use only. You may not loan or share your pass or ticket with any other person. If you violate this policy, your pass privileges will be revoked and you will be charged a penalty fee. No refund, credit, or substitutions of any kind will be issued if you fail to use or take possession of your season pass.

No, for the safety of yourself and others, walking uphill is not permitted in any season.

Definitely not. All skiers and riders must have a ticket purchased from the ticket office. We do not allow access to the hill without a ticket.

We do not allow outside food and beverage upstairs in the lodge; it is our restaurant and bar. You may enjoy your own food in the seating provided downstairs. No outside alcohol is permitted.

No. Sledding is not allowed anywhere on Woods Valley property.

No. We do not allow tailgating, we are a licensed premises. Any alcohol must be purchased in the lodge.

No. For the safety and concern of our guests, employees, and our property, Woods Valley prohibits the operation and use of unmanned aerial drones by the general public without prior written authorization from the owners of Woods Valley.
